2 Hour sessions
$225
In a 2-hour session, we’ll focus on efficiently tackling a few smaller tasks around your home or office. This time frame is ideal for addressing minor repairs, quick installations, or touch-ups that will make a noticeable difference. From fixing leaks and replacing light fixtures to patching up drywall or assembling furniture, we’ll make the most of the time to help you check off some of those to-do items.
While the session doesn’t include extensive work or larger projects, it’s perfect for handling those everyday repairs and improvements that don’t require a lot of time or materials. If additional work is needed, we’ll discuss next steps and create a plan to keep your home in top shape.
Note: Materials for the job (such as faucets, paint, or hardware) are not included and will be discussed separately based on the project needs.
Half Day session
$400
A half day session allows us to take on more substantial tasks around your home or office. Whether you're tackling a few medium-sized repairs or installations, this session provides ample time to make meaningful progress on your to-do list. We can handle multiple smaller projects or dedicate time to a single, more involved job, such as repairing drywall, installing new fixtures, or updating flooring.
During this session, we’ll focus on delivering quality results, addressing issues that need more attention, and ensuring everything is completed to your satisfaction. Whether it’s sprucing up a room with a fresh coat of paint or replacing old fixtures throughout your home, this time frame gives us enough flexibility to take care of more complex tasks efficiently.
If more time or materials are required to complete your project, we’ll discuss next steps and provide an estimate for additional work.
Full Day session
$750
A full-day session (approximately 8 hours) gives us the time to handle larger projects or tackle multiple tasks around your home or office. Whether you need several repairs completed, a significant installation, or even a combination of improvements, this session allows us to make a real impact on your to-do list.
In a full day, we can complete more extensive jobs, such as extensive drywall repairs, installing new flooring in multiple rooms, or replacing fixtures throughout your home. This time frame is perfect for those bigger tasks that require extra time and attention to detail, or for those who want to knock out several smaller jobs in one go.
With 8 hours to work, we’ll focus on getting everything done right, efficiently, and to the highest standards, ensuring you’re left with a home that looks and functions better than before. If more materials or time are required to complete your project, we’ll discuss a plan and provide an estimate for any additional work.
